The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re elimination of restrictions in performing economic activity

The bill (Reg. No. 2698) aims at significantly reducing administrative pressure on entrepreneurs by introducing restrictions on interference of government entities into the economic activity of entrepreneurs.

The draft law suggests amending the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, Code on Civil Protection of Ukraine and the Law “On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphere”.
